Buy NIOc here

  1. Connect a wallet with USDC on Base - Base Account, Coinbase Wallet, MetaMask, Phantom, Rabby or any other.
  2. Open the Swap tab, pick USDC to sell and NIOc to buy, then type the amount.
  3. Swap and confirm once. NIOc goes through Aerodrome in one transaction and lands in your wallet; 1% of the stock is our fee.

Selling is the same swap turned around, for USDC. Buys start at $1 and sales at $0.05. NIOc has no Chainlink feed, so a trade is held to its pool's own price instead: one that pays more than 1% over it or gets more than 1% under it, waits for you to confirm the figure and past 10% it is refused.

> thin pool: about $24,997.61 of usdc, so even a $100 buy pays +2.78% over its price and a bigger one far more. Keep amounts small and check the figure before you confirm.

NIOc is not in the boxes: a box pays only stocks with a Chainlink price feed, which a prize is valued with. NIOc has none yet. The Vault shows what is paying.

Questions

Is NIOc the same as NIO stock?

NIOc is a token on Base that tracks one NIO share. Coinbase issues it and holds a matching share with a regulated custodian, so it is backed one to one. You hold the token in your own wallet; the share stays in custody.

Do I get NIO dividends or voting rights with NIOc?

No voting rights: those stay with the custodian. A cash dividend is added through the token's multiplier, so after one a token stands for a little more than one share, rather than paying you.

Can I buy NIOc in US?

No. Coinbase tokenized stocks are not offered to US persons and they are not available everywhere else either. Check your own rules before buying or opening a box.

What happens to NIOc when the stock market is closed?

Its pool trades around the clock, but with the market shut nothing moves its price except the trades in it, so it can drift from where the stock opens next. NIOc has no Chainlink feed to check it against.
